To all you guys, and gal, who has taken a deer so far this season!!! Haven't had time to get on here much lately and Good Gravy!! there has been some deer killing going on!!! I thought this would be easier than posting on each one, and would include everyone!!! Good luck to those that, like me, have not taken a deer yet! Sorry for being lazy and not posting individually!!!

Cattle are worth too much to butcher one. Can't kill a deer, even though I've hunted harder this year than I ever have. So, I gotta W.O.R.K. just to eat!!! Sucks!!! I'm actually considering shooting a deer with a gun!!! Its been 4 seasons and its THAT bad!!! :p

No shame in using a gun Yaz, get out there and get one or your gonna miss trapping season.

Don't take that wrong…..I love hunting deer hunting with a gun. I just need to kill another decent deer or two with my beloved traditional gear before I'm too old to do it. The way things are falling apart and off….. it may not be too much longer!! :rolleyes: And Weedy's right, need all the luck I can get now! I still have plenty of time to catch coyotes….I don't get started good till we start calving around Christmas.
