I would agree. When it's really cold though, like single digits or teens, they hit the food earlier though which can make for some great late season hunting. The arrival of a cold front means the barometric pressure will be dropping steadily. Low pressure combined with cooler temps will definitely put deer on their feet. Once the front arrives, the BP will begin to rise...and the best window of opportunity has passed.
There are none so blind as those who will not see.
