I finally picked up some sweet land close to home to hunt, fish(2 large ponds), mushroom hunt, use my fourwheeler, pretty much all to my own. Owner hunts opening morning of gun, but no one hunted it at all last year. 160 acres, mostly woods with ag fields mixed in. The cost= a futon and the courage to ask for permission.
