Have any of you ever heard of Marc Anthony? The ghillie suit hunting guy? the one who has 4 net Booners with a bow? Well seems as though he has been up to some shady business. Long story short---An antler collector/buyer/seller buddy of mine owned a 190" typical rack back in 2008 then sold it, well in 2011 that very rack ended up in a deer kill photo of a buck Marc SUPPOSEDELY killed in Illinois. Just Google Marc Anthony deer hunter and you will be amazed. Look at most of his deer pictures, alot of them look to be mounted bucks posed as killed deer. WOW!

Any time things like this come up and "celebrity" hunters get themselves in a pinch (Ted Nugent, Spook Spann and now this guy) it doesn't do hunting/hunters any favors.

So much emphasis is placed today on trophy deer hunting (and the potential fame and income that can follow) that even the guys who consistently kill big bucks 100% legally tend to be looked @ with a bit of suspicion due to the misdeeds of the few.

I see threads like this.....and I feel sorry for the people in this world that see "short cuts" as a way to replace authentic hard work......and somehow think that the "shortcut" will make them feel better in the end about themselves than authentic hard work......with TRUE results. You get a quick glimpse of a lost person in this world that will do anything to feel "worthwhile"....and in my line of work.....you know that this "one" instance is a small portion of a life pattern they redo everyday in so many ways with everything/everyone they touch.

If your not GROUNDED with good fiber/integrity and ethics before you discover your talents in pursuing Trophy Deer......the greed/fame/attention side of this will eat you litterally alive......as we have all seen happen to so many.....and many more to come.

Yes, google his name under images and most of his deer "hero" pics are nothing more than him holding a mounted deer in a bunch of vegetation. What a fraud!!! He's a taxidermist for cryin out loud. All he did was mount giant bucks to look like they were "dead" and took his pic with them. Unreal...
