Does anyone have any good jerky recipes they would share?

I use HiMountain, Original flavor. Mix according to package instructions. Bake in the oven at 200 for 1:30, put them either directly on the rack or a cookie cooling rack. This way they get 'baked' evenly on both sides. Let cool and enjoy. Best jerky I've ever had!
RECYCLE and save the trees! Where else am I going to put my tree stand?
