I bought the youth single shot Rossi .410/.22. I've never shoot a.410 so my question is whether our not a seven year old girl can handle the recoil? She's shot a .22 without a problem, so she's not gun shy, I just don't want her to get scared.

I think it all depends on the child personally but with that being said I know a 7 year old boy that's skin and bones that shoots 3 1/2" turkey loads without bothering him but his older much bigger 10 year old cousin can't handle a 20 gauge with shot
