Ruby Ridge, Waco, and now this.

Its called "cop mentality", they are above the law and very few are held responsible for their actions. All the cops who took part should be charged with 1st degree murder but I doubt any will.

Amazing with all that fire power they feared for the lives..........is that usually the excuse the victims use..?? h.h.

The law knew where he was going which was the neighboring county sheriff's office........why didn't they go there, wait and arrest him...???instead of setting up an ambush and killing him on the way. No shots where fired by the any of the victims, yet after they killed "LaVoy" for several minutes the cops repeatedly fired bullets at them while they were in the truck. Those that executed the ambush should be held accountable for their actions.. h.h.

Nobody will be held for anything, you should know that by now. Not when the Feds are involved...

The bullets were fired to break the windows in case there was a stand off. If they wanted to kill those that were remaining in the truck they easily could have. Like said in the previous post they never fired a shot until the man reached in his coat. Then it was game over for him

The other guy in the truck was wounded too, so that much have been a stray bullet hitting the window? Like I said earlier, they knew where he was going why not arrest him at the sheriffs office and avoid an ambush?

The whole situation was handled wrong and those who participated should be held accountable. h.h.

Just watched it...Man, I think police have a thankless job and and are about the only job I feel is more dangerous than my own...I wouldn't do it. But I don't get this? They continued firing shots forEVER! I always say, "I have no fear of being shot by a cop because I do what I'm told" but they fired at that truck for what? They weren't taking any fire? I carry myself, and I would not have shot that guy because I don't think my life would have been in danger right there. My life isn't in danger if I'm pointing a gun at a man with his hands up saying he's driving to the sherriffs office AND I have several others on my side with lazer scoped rifles as well...Lavoy didn't stand a chance! I wasn't there nor have I ever been in a gun fight, but I feel like in that particular situation they could have waited to SEE A WEAPON before shooting. If it was in his pocket he didn't have an AR15... Hwasn't going to kill anyone WITH an AR.
Bad Bad Bad deal right there. I work in the worst crime area's in Indy 5-7 nights per week ALONE WITH NO GUN... My life is in more danger EVERY NIGHT than those feds were

Like I said, mad respect for our law enforcement. But I don't think it's ok to gun an unarmed man down on the side of the road because you were tired of telling him to do as he's told.

From their perspective they don't know if he is armed or not but he wasn't listening and they probably had good Intel he could be armed and a truck is a deadly weapon so when you speed at them they have a right to protect themselves.

they had been calling the troops together for weeks posted I dont know how many videos of them with all kinds of weapons one post mentioned ARMAGEDDON They waved Black Rifles around saying COME GET YA SOME for all intentions they were armed to the teeth THEY BRAGGED AS MUCH OFTEN Lavoy told them you'll never take me alive Ill fight to the death!! I have followed this from Day One you dont see the whole picture looking at one video Ive seen probably over a hundred Fed s didnt do any thing wrong other than letting them get by as long as they did But they did hang themselves IMO

This has been brewing for a long time, as Dale stated. These folks vowed to not be taken alive. Right or wrong, they got their wish. Lots of things went awry during this long dispute.

Yeah, I did some research...I knew this was a bad situation and yeah they had a couple guns...I thought he was unarmed. I stand corrected...I read that the feds reported only firing 8 total shots? Really? Gotta say, them gals in the truck had ice water in their veins! I'd have been crappin my drawers with all those bullets hitting the truck and lazers shining in...I'd probably STILL be in that truck

Indy is rapidly becoming a cesspool for violence.

I seem to recall hearing on the news that dispatchers warned officers that he had a handgun on him and after they shot him dead they did in fact find one on his person... So as bad as it all looks, the officers will be exonerated because he was armed and made a movement towards his coat pocket...

Also the fact that he was an old armed white guy majority of people are not going to care, especially the media, BLM, or their idiot supporters...
