Have any of you tried the ratchetrake? It's sold at Tractor Supply for about $330. I'm trying to decide whether to try to find an old disc (or borrow neighbors), or just try this. I would only be using it for occasional grading and a 1/2 acre food plot. Only negative I can find is ratchets don't hold up, but that can easily be fixed.

If you ever want to buy a disk I have a 3 point hitch one. It is HEAVY duty not a light one like the farm stores that you can lift up by hand.

What size is the disk? I really hate to spend more than $3-500 as it won't be used but once, maybe twice a year. And my neighbor will let me borrow his, just a bit of a hassle to drive on a busy road to go pick up.

From the picture that looks like a 8 ft disc. I have a 10 footer that I use on plots. 8-10ft 3 point discs are getting hard to find in my area. h.h.

I feel like I may be making a mistake, but my neighbor has convinced me just to borrow his. So I'm going to concede to Gundude and Throwbak if they are interested in it. Looks like a nice disc.
