Yep! We were trying to guess how many holes he drilled while we were there. It seemed like it was a hole per fish caught.

Next time when he does that, we are going to drill holes all a round him and see how he likes it. LOL

Well, the day started off with a vehicle that wouldn't start. Ended up being a dead starter. The rest of the day basically went to heck. I was all packed and looking forward to it. I think I'm going to get lucky with the cold weather coming back this week so I just might get to go yet.

Also, I ran into a young man who was in Missouri snow goose hunting that was from the New Castle area. I asked him if he knew you and your dad and sure enough he did.

Yes, James is a former 4-H Shooting Sports student of mine. He now is one of our volunteers on the local Summit Lake DU chapter and the local Heartland QDMA chapter. He is a good young man who has quite an interest in the outdoors. Two hours after he got back from snow goose hunting I saw him at one of our DU committee meetings. Said he had ran into you.

My auger is old as heck and I need one that will work with a drill. Already got the devise to use for the drill.
