Wish i could be out there this morn.... too bad i don't have a Whitetail Afflicted boss!

I saw 2 does and 15 turkeys.

I also heard some coyotes before sunrise. I hope to be putting a steel necktie on them beginning 10/15.

I had a doe and fawn eating acorns around my stand! She gets a pass on that property.........sure is special being in the woods again!

Nope, not even interested in going out yet......temps going into the '80's...I'll wait for lower temps, hopefully this weekend....anyways the property is all screwed up...I have the Enbridge pipeline going thru right now....they are putting in a new line and have a wall of dirt 10 ft high running from NE to SW right thru the middle of the property...this is the same company who's pipeline dumped tens of thousands of gallons of oil into a huge river in Michigan a few years back...it starts in Crown Point In. and goes for over 200 miles up into Mich....they are laying a new line the whole length of this.....Its hard to get interested with over sized dozers and trenching equipment going from sun up to sun down 7 days a week just a hundred yards from some stands.....SUCKS right now.....hard to get jazzed for this season....

Got out this evening. Plenty warm but wanted to be in a treestand! Pretty evening. Need some cooler temps, hopefully this weekend.

If all goes as planned I will be out Friday morning. Woohoo it is finally here.
