Quote from article:
"With coyote hunting season in full swing, there are probably some people out there wondering if there's any way to eat old Wiley E. If you've ever killed a coyote and then got up close enough to smell him, your immediate answer is probably a rock-solid '**** no.'

Nope....Maybe if it was skinned first!! I know just enough about cooking, and good food to be dangerous. (And eating! hence the name Cornfed)One of my rules of life is, "Don't trust a skinny cook." And just because these skinny fellers say "on some basic level, meat is meat", don't mean its so! ![eek eek](/forum/images/graemlins/default/eek.gif) Maybe skinned, trimmed, coated in roasted garlic and onions, with some homemade beef brisket rub, then cooked on an ugly drum smoker, and finished with some sticky BBQ sauce....who am I kidding....NO WAY!! ![wink wink](/forum/images/graemlins/default/wink.gif)

To a man like me who has a kennel full of dogs eating a yote is not on my bucket list! If any of you want to try this I have 5 frozen carcasses you can gladly have. ![eek eek](/forum/images/graemlins/default/eek.gif) h.h.
