Out here sitting in a treestand in Versailles state park for the drawing reduction hunt. My dads out here with me. We are sitting in the blue zone. Prolly heard 30+ shots within 150-250 yards this morning. No deer. Seen a few lights walking in. But only one guy since ive been in stand. Anyone else out here? You all doing any good?

Well I got it done on my drawing Versailles state park extra buck tag today. Shot a descent buck. Seen him 3 times thru the day.. then someone shot twice and shot his rack and leg in half.. then 2 hours later I seen him a forth time limpin and I shot him right thru the heart. I actually did it right and shot his heart in half lol. How it shoulda been done in first place. He piled up within 50 yards. A dnr officer and a state park ranger helped me get him out with utv. Said it was the biggest one they seen killed in there this weekend. Does anyone know how to post pics? Someone tell me and I will. Its pretty cool cuz a week ago I filled my state buck tag on a public land buck that was a brute. 22 inch spread 215 lbs dressed. Got him on public land and self filmed it with crossbow. I'll post pics of him too.
