Does H&R make a youth model .44mag rifle? And if so where could I get one? Thanks.

Rossi has a "Trifecta" that is nice also. I bought one for my son and it has a 44 mag, 22 LR, and a 20 ga barrel. I don't remember the exact price, but I do remember I thought it was very inexpensive for what I got. Plus, the gun is well made and shoots great.

I was going to get a barrel for my H&R Handi rifle in 44mag. But I am not going to bother cause I cannot find any 44 mag ammo to buy. A gun is no good without ammo.

I'm glad I went with a .357 Max now. There is no factory ammo out there, and I have to roll my own. But, I've got all the ammo I'll ever need.

That's my only worry is the availability of shells for the rifle. It probably won't be until next year before he hunts but I would like to start getting everything now.
