I killed a unique color phased coyote in Feb this year... and decided to try a soft mount on him.
Sent him off to Artistry Untamed in Idaho... Samantha is a wonderful taxidermist, and specializes in soft mounts.
It has wiring in the legs so that you can position them however you may like.
