Only 3 more weeks or there abouts......never did hunt the early season even when I had the chance ...not that hard up to kill a deer in the heat and bugs around here... out west is a different story for antelope, Mulies and elk.. .... Heck, even in early Oct. it is so hot at times and the eye/buffalo gnats so bad, I dont bother with it, I'll go salmon/steelhead fishing instead ... Ive learned to choose my days wisely for deer ....
