Squirrel season will be here in two more weeks. Good time to sharpen up your hunting skills and put some fresh meat on the table. My plans are to kill several limits over the season and make jerky out of them. A few years ago I made jerky out of snowshoe hare and it was some of the best tasting jerky Ive ever eaten. Im hoping squirrel jerky will be good too. Anyone made squirrel jerky before? h.h.
