Here is the recipe I use for a healthier version for fish. It is something different and also works very well for fish tacos.

1 Cup grated parmesan cheese
3 teaspoons of Paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
fresh grated parmesan cheese
olive oil
1 pound fish fillets

Preheat oven to 375
Dry fillets with a paper towel make sure you dry them well or all the moisture cooks out and fillets will be mush!

Mix parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper together.
coat fish with olive oil, I use a barbeque brush for both sides

Dredge fish in cheese mixture and coat both sides very well, place in a greased baking dish or greased cookie sheet and bake 375 for 20 to 25 minutes. The longer you leave them in the crispier they get. Remove from oven and when you serve them grate some fresh parmesan over the top. If using for fish tacos add some fresh Pico and put them on a corn tortilla! Enjoy.
