I had chicken fried elk steak, mashed taters and garden sweet corn last evening

Run the round steaks thru cuber once, then turned 90 degrees and ran them thru again. Breaded them up real nice with plain bread crumbs, salt and pepper then fried medium rare in a little oil in iron skillet. Good stuff!
