Brown a pound of ground venison and a pound of sausage to a golden brown, add some mushrooms, add some cut up fresh onions, and mix some season salt, onion powder, little Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning and pepper. Let simmer on the stove, cut some potatoes up and leave the skin on them and boil for about 40-45 minutes, then mash with milk or half & half and butter. When the potatoes are about ready, take 2-cans of tomato soup and pour over the top of the meat and cut up a some green and red peppers to add over the top of the tomato sauce and meat. Put a lid and let simmer for about 10 minutes. When everything is ready, put the dirty mashed potatoes on a plate as a base and then spoon out the venison over the top and enjoy!!! Easy, fast and real good on a cold Indiana night! Enjoy...
