I've read it's now ran by a private company and it's no longer free. Don't take my word for it, I'm just trying to recall, but I think it was $7 an hour on a lane with $3 charge per other people on the range, when your hour is up you can pay a lower rate to stay on for an additional 30 minutes at a time.
