I threw some oats down almost 2 weeks ago and checked it last night. Some high spots hadn't grown but the low spots had sprouted to 6". I planted them in normally wet low rutted old two tracks and raked some to cover. The dew and a little sprinkle got em going. Hang in there, it should take off. Nature definitely turned the spigot off lately, like night and day compared to the spring.
