Luke, me, and 2 other friends leave for South Africa this morning. We will be arriving back on the 24th.

I have had the opportunity over the years to visit several countries but never for a hunting trip. This one has me a little on the edgie side for some reason. I think it is the unknowns on the trip more than anything: traveling with firearms, Luke's first plane ride (18 hours on plane 1 way), all the costs involved I am sure to find out about. If God brings us to mind please lift us up as we travel out.

I will be hunting a blesbuck, and springbok. Luke will be going after a gemsbuck, impala, and warthog. This will be a different kind of hunting for us. We will be spot/stalk hunting 500,000 acres with a guide and tracker.

I don't know if I will be able to share on social media as our hunt unfolds. I will if I can but we will be in the bush and internet is at best spotty.

Pray all of you guys are safe as you go out this week and hope to see some big ones (and little ones) knocked down.

Thanks guys. It is an honor to do the outdoors together with each of you.
