They are very active especially in southwestern Indiana. I attended a Fish & Wildlife Conservation Committee (FWCC) meeting Saturday at Camp Atterbury. They spoke of working with Ducks Unlimited (DU) on a project down there that was going to be a great benefit for waterfowlers.
