Meeting notes from today:

1. Existing officers were re-elected
2. Director Clark reported on SB109 and 195 that creates regulation of high fence hunting and private ownership of wild animals.
3. Commissioner Early stated that the Advisory Committee would be sending proposals forward regarding the in-lieu fee for developers and fisheries concerns about damage motor boats were causing and may require moving boating zones further out to prevent damage to shallow lake bottoms.
4. NRC will meet on May 12/13 at Falls of the Ohio.
Fish and Wildlife has removed certain freshwater lakes from Public Freshwater Lakes list.
5.New property managers - request withdrawn
6. The Rule Adoption process was reviewed at length. Interesting 15 minutes on the process of how a rule gets adopted by the NRC.
