Under item #10 the proposed early archery and late primitive muzzleloader season were withdrawn. The remainder of item #10 was passed and should be in force by next year.

Another item of note: Colonel Scotty Wilson is retiring as head of the Law Enforcement Division and Bruce Stevens is leaving IDNR's Mine Reclamation Division.

P.S. I almost forgot...Draw-loc devices were also approved for archery whenever crossbows are legal.
