Well, a year in the waiting...Many hours training and even fought through many illnesses myself...but we finally got out to hunt Saturday at a put and take hunt and she did pretty good for her first time out. 11 months old last week... My son and I got 2 pheasants and a quail after Remi flushed them. She actually flushed 3 pheasants but the first one we missed. She did HER job, we didn't do ours. None the less it was a day I'll never forget. Heading out again tomorrow and Saturday...Maybe Sunday too.
