Evidently, Luke just caught a neighbors cat in a homemade snare made out of plastic coated cable. I didn't think he would have any kind of a chance on getting one the way he had them tied. I was wrong, so we had to have a conversation. Cat NOT hurt by the way.

What gets me is they (the neighbors) let them breed all year and they come to my house and crap and spray. Sometimes they have 15-20.
