As you can see, it's the county name and state abbreviation then (dot) mygisonline.com. Porter County is https://porterin.mygisonline.com/
It works a lot better if your computer or device can view it using Silverlight mode. I don't know how many counties use it, but I guess you could just type it in in that format to check. If you put in a county that doesn't use it, it just takes you to sidwellmaps.com. Thanks, added those to my post.
