about time... I had given up on it ... lol ...... Ive got to page 80 so far of the 270+ pages ...... a lot of info there ... I wonder if in the future they will be this detailed ..... took time to get it done, but looks good ... I'll finish it up when I have more time

Most surprising for me:

"Public Lands Harvest
A total of 6,626 deer were harvested on 122 public
lands in Indiana during the 2017-2018 season which
resulted in 6% of the total deer harvest. " (p. 22)

I thought it was a much higher proportion.

the public lands encompass quite a bit of area/land mass, some F&W areas are a shadow of what they once were in deer density and have leveled off .... the draw hunts on the State parks, preserves, refuges, military areas have leveled off I think ... like the rest of the state, now in maintenance mode ....

as it looks right now, the deer kill will be aprox. 1500-2000 below last years numbers .....

What is that a 2% drop.... guess that can be expected with the lowered bag limits and switching to a mantain mode vs a reduction mode.

'prolly ......a good thing in my book ..... I'd still like to see more bonus tag cut backs ....
