You are sharp!!

Yes they are a set. They were found about a 1/2 mile from each other yesterday.....but are off of an 8 pointer I have named "Relentless". All the videos I have of him he is always chasing/pushing something around. He was also the the buck I passed that was pushing does around the night I shot Zater Tot.

He has great potential for years to come........very long tines for just a 2.5 year old.

Headed out again today.

Didn't find the racks I was looking for today.....but I did find some sign that lets me know I'm in the right area......(Knife is 8 inches long open)

And a few other sights from the day trip. Love this place.......love walking it and hunting it when time allows me to make the long trip......thought I'd share some views......

Dew,
I hunted for 20 plus years in Fulton County, that black dirt and trails look a lot like where I hunted. I miss that place.

Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

Where at in Fulton County did you hunt?

I hunt about 5 miles south of Rochester during the gun opener

I had 250 acres of private land close to Leiters Ford to hunt until the farm was sold. This area has some monster bucks running around, I was able to take a 174 inch gross, 19 point there a few years ago.

I always use Moultrie Cams. For Winter time pics......I use the old Moultrie I-40's for Extreme Battery life in the cold. For spring, summer and fall I rely on the Moultrie M-80.

Got out again today and enjoyed the great weather before the snow storm hits tomorrow. Found sheds #21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 for the year. I will not be posting sheds #24 and #25 till this fall after he is dead. wink MONSTER. All that I need to say.

Was a GREAT day to shed hunt. cool

This buck I know very well. He will be 5.5 this fall. He broke his G-3 a week before season even opened this year which meant he had a free pass all year long. Nice mass.......heavy tines......long beam.

This was our haul from this weekend down at Cedar Branch Farms. Was a good couple days to be in the woods. Saw several woodcocks and heard some gobbling.

The number of rabbits we saw as well was amazing! We saw well over a dozen just on one drive back to the house through the farm, not to mention the several we bumped walking through the brush.

The two dead bucks were found on the bank of the same creek.

Nice. If not asking too much JB, were the dead bucks found near the highway or moreso on the interal part of the farm?

Was out getting ready for Turkey Season today and when driving down a lane on a property......There laid an antler in the lane! When I got out of the truck I could see the other one laying just a few feet from it. Found my first matching set laying together today. Sheds #26 and #27 for the year........all luck........no skill involved in this find today. Looks like a good deer!!

As they laid.......

And a closer look at each one.......

And a look at the mess on my couch from this years finds in Man's World (minus a few from this year that are in the house)

I may find a few more during turkey season.......we'll see........
