I was able to get out into my reduction zone for the first couple days of the season. On the second sit I punched a doe tag, opening up that 2nd buck tag

Congrats on the doe. Great video as always. Question....is that daikon radish in that plot, or something else? You must've planted that really early to be that big by mid-Sept!

That plot is a mix from Grandpa Ray's called Frosty Delight. Second year I have planted it in there. I planted it about 10 days or so into August as I recall. Last year the stuff was about 5 foot tall by mid October and the deer TORE IT UP all winter long. It was crazy. It is a mix of Winfred Brassica, Kale, Daikon Radish, Rutabega, and Forage Turnip. At one end of the plot I used one of his clover blends too which is starting to come up nicely. I also had some thin spots that I hit with some rape and oats that I picked up from a local co-op. It is all coming along nice. I looked at it two days ago and it is all at least 2 feet tall right now. Here is a video that I did on the plot.

And yeah, the cargo shorts were icing on the cake ... smile
