Any thoughts on this mushroom season in Indiana? I think it may be a good year with more moderate temps in March so far. Hope it warms up from here thru shroom season.

Should be good. But I'm no good at forecasting the 'shroom crop..... we've had years with mild temps and enough rain, but still didn't have a great 'shroom year. Always find at least a few though.

Yes, I totally agree. I've seen it too. Mushrooms are hard to predict. I guess that is what makes it a sport? I'm chompin' at the bit to get out there.Good luck this year!

Saw pictures of 15 small blacks found in Jackson county Indiana. They should be popping in southern Indiana any day now. I'm going out to my early spots this coming Saturday. Should be a good way to stress relieve from COVID 19!

Its still a good year despite everything thats going on around the world. Ive been finding a lot of mushroom in my area lately. No one else is looking for them because everyone is afraid to go out so Im feeling lucky this year.

What kind are you finding?
