From the latest BOAH newsletter:
FLORIDA OFFICIALS closed the state’s borders to imports of cervids to prevent the entry of chronic wasting disease. The state has about 300 deer and game farms and 100 hunting preserves, which imported nearly 800 head in 2013, until the ban was imposed in early September.
There's a reason I like dogs better'n people... .

Sounds like good news for Florida sportsmen. Hope it is not too late. Jack, do you happen to have a link to a possible online version of the Indiana BOAH newsletter? Also, do you have a link to the details of the Florida action?

I have no details on the Florida action but here's the link to the BOAH site: http://www.in.gov/boah/index.htm I didn't see this month's newsletter on there but you can sign up to get it. Jack
