Word on the street is that Rep. Ubelhor (Greene, Lawrence, Martin and Orange counties)is going to reintroduce his canned hunting bill next session. Those in his district should try contacting him and getting him to not do this.

The DNR vs. Brad Thurston lawsuit has been moved to Spencer, IN on June 1 for those nearby. A DNR win could end the high fence push but nothing is certain.

The natural resources legislative summer study chairman has said he will not hear the hunting presrve issue this year.

No but its on my list of things to chk in to..
im betting that this thing will be drawn out by the attorney for some stupid reason and no ruling will be made june 1st.
