Not once have they clearly said........it's official. All that they have done is post stats that reveal that the majority of those that participated in a survey liked the OBR.....along with other supporting data that shows our deer hunters support the gains they see with the OBR.

Send in your feedback guys.........others are stirring up the muck on one other site (imagine that) and attempting to de-bunk one of the most highly skilled survey teams in the nation (Responsive Management) as somehow not getting the survey data correct with "faulty math". LOL!!!!

The current OBR is a rule that ends in September. Without this action we automatically go back to 2 bucks.

They are following the guidelines set by both the legislature and the NRC in making the OBR a permanent rule. No big deal just making it permanent. The comment period is a requirement of that process to make it legal.
