I bought the cough silencer a few years ago, I say save your few dollars. It wont help with a gutteral cough due to cold or a cough from a smoker. I dont know, it seems if you have to alleviate a deep cough, it wont work. The mouth piece is too small also IMO. I,d rather buy a pack of handwarmers...

I think you may have the chicago bear syndrome goin on, when it comes to deer. As in... they couldnt get a quarterback at a Manning family reunion.

I can't believe what some hunters will buy, man if you have to cough, just cough under you jacket or coat & cough with your mouth closed.....Works for me.
