My uncle makes the best deer loin in the world so we got him to make a little video about he prepares his loins so I thought I would share it with you guys

We tried this and it was pretty good. We liked it well enough to do again. My daughter had a foreign exchange student from South Korea over when I grilled it and she liked it. Her first deer meal lol.

I have a cuber -Tenderizer 1-ONE time through and you wont believe the difference the seasonings get in the meat in a way you will not believe and the cooking time is quick

Got some loins out tonight and will give this a try, with my tenderizer. I don't marinate much though but from time to time we brine which I might try to incorporate into this.

I grilled these last night and wow they were awesome! I only marinated them overnight I couldn't make myself wait any longer lol. I went a little heavy on the worch. sauce but man these were just so tasty can't wait to make another batch smile

I have had loins prepped this way a couple times since then....hard to wait those 5 to 6 days while they are marinating!
