Looks great Bean, I have 2 briskets and a full rack of ribs to smoke, just need a day to get er done, might have to do it at Deer camp in a couple weekends...

Whummy, looks good. I just bought a bradley smoker a couple of weeks ago. The wife has a pork tenderloin roast for dinner tonight, I think I will have to smoke that for dinner tonight.
