I thought it odd too BUT did a lil digging on it and it looks like it may work. Just looking to see if anyone has one. I know the "smoker" gang probably will not like it. Already had a friend who is a high end chef in Indy say, "Might cook ok but it would be like riding a stationary bike when you could go mountain biking right outside. Smokin is an event, period."
haha - I have a charcoil smoker that I have never used. I just don't know how to use it.

I had one a few years ago, and it worked okay but it let some smoke out in the kitchen. It came with several types ground-up woods like Hickory, Oak, & other types, in ltiile plastic containers.

Never seen that before but I have an electric smoker and love it! I'm pretty new to smoking meat and find an electric smoker is great to learn on for a newbie. I might eventually step up to a larger charcoal/wood smoker in the future but right now the electric one makes it pretty easy to maintain the temp which is one of the most crucial steps you need to follow.
