I am going to BowBo on the spot....
The Wild Game cookout at the State Fair would be a great place for this site and BowBo's talent.....LOL.
BowBo how about you and a few guys from here step up and represent HH.com at this years cookout? I'll get you the info, guaranteee you do it once you will be there every year......

Date will be 08/04/12.
Deer served is salami,deer chile(mild), sloppy joes and deep fried deer nuggets.
Now if some guys/gals here wanted to do a new recipe I would have some deer to donate.

Sorry I didn't see this yesterday evening. Started at 11 this morning and we had a steady line for an hour. Even though we cooked deer meat, we also eat pheasant, quail, beaver, turtle ,fish and probably a couple of other things I didn't identify.
