Cut your Turkey Breasts into strips of about 3/8" thick.
Lay the strips into a baking dish for marinating.
Get some Cajiun Inject Creole Butter, (shake it up) and pour over the strips and leave in the fridge overnight. Prepare a container of your favorite coating mix for deep frying. My personal favorite is a universal coating mix fdrom my local bulk food store that is awsome. Take the strips out of the marinate, and allow the exccess oil to drip off some, then roll in the breading mix until well coated.
Deep fry at 350 degrees in your favorite cooking oil untill golden brown.
This recipe can be used with many kinds of meat, but it sure makes that 'ol spring gobbler mighty-fine ! Enjoy !
