Pizza Loaf for Venison lovers

Single serving ingredience
1 lb. burger
1/2 lb. Bacon
small bag of mozzerella cheese
1 egg
1/2 package of pepperoni
seasoning- salt,pepper, mrs. dash, whatever !
chopped up pepperoni pieces
(Pizza sause optional)

1. Nead or mix the burger, egg, chopped up pepperoni pieces, and seasonings all together and place into a cassarole dish and press into a square or rectangle at about 1" or so tall and palace into the oven at 350 degrees.

2. While this is baking, fry bacon to a crispand break it up into small pieces and have ready to place it on the top of the loaf.
3. When the meat loaf is cooked completely thru,
sprinkle a desired amount of crushed pieces of the bacon on top of the meat loaf, and cover the top with pizza cheese and place back into the oven until cheese is melted and begins to brown.
4. Cut into squares to serve.

I'm sure it will be a hit as it is at my house. I have fussy girls, but they just love this dish ! ENJOY !
