1 deer roast 1 to 1.5 lbs
1 can beer (of your choice)(goes in cooker, not in mouth)
1 jar pepper rings (I use mild)
1/2 cup water
pressure cook all together for 20 to 25 min.

peel apart roast and put back in pot.
add 1 more jar pepper rings
bring to boil.

put on hogie with some pepperjack cheese.

fast and easy.
