beagle chaser,
I like to slice the breast in strips put in ziplock bag pour in some italian dressing (liquid)let marinate over night and cook on grill.Have done the same way with mesquite flavor. Its best to wrap them in aluminum foil till almost done then take out place on grill to dry the liquid up but not dry the meat out.WV

Last year I took a part of the breast and sliced it up really thin and used it in a stir fry. Yummy !!!

I prefer to cook mine this way.

Very easy but very good!

cut in 1 inch cubes

dip in egg

bread with shore lunch breading http://www.shorelunch.com/products_breading.cfm

fry in canola oil for about 10 min until golden brown

put on paper towel and soak up excess oil

Enjoy!
