Dip 'em in a Cajun buttermilk mixture (just add cajun powder and any kind of seasonings you like), then dip 'em in flour.... then double dip 'em in the mixture and the flour again!
Can easily add them back to the pan (with the fried drippin's) and make a pan full of onion gravy to smother them in.... with mashed taters or seasoned rice!
