We did some vehicle testing down there a year or two ago and my coworker has family down there as well. It looks like HEAVEN for riding!!! Have fun!

What kind of vehicle testing did you do? Yeah it is heaven for riding, all you have to do is hang out around the community campfire each night and one of the locals will guide you on a tour of the place. Some of the rides are 160 miles and take as long as 20 hours. When we were there on Labor Day last year the MAYOR of the town brought down some of his home brew MOONSHINE and passed it around. NOTHING like us Yankkees up here in the hoosier state, its like you stepped back 50 yrs. down there. NICE PEOPLE THEY ARE! Best place I have ever ridden and I have ridden alot of places. I highly recommend it. We are renting a house if anyone is interested in going?

We test transmissions in vehicles - had some dump trucks, flatbeds, RVs, Semi cabs, etc. Great hills for testing on, but had to watch for the coal trucks barrelling downhill at light-speed! Came across one coal truck that rolled over. We were able to hook up one of our dump trucks to it and pull it upright after two of their wreckers couldn't.

Great people and great food (A shout out to "Grandma Jackson"!!!) but, yeah it's like a step back in time.
