I like to mess around with making things and I was making 2 wing bone calls today and I came up with an idea. The below picture is a call I came up with and it is a simple version of a wingbone call. The stem is from a papermate ink pen tube and the bell ends are made walnut and cherry. I put a faucet washer on the end for lip placement. I must say these calls are really great sounding. I can do clucks, soft yelps up to loud raspy yelps. It will be another call in my pouch next spring and just may become my favorite call. i am planning on makingone out of cedar also.
