Mounted high up a tree in the middle of my river bottoms hunting area I have one of the trail cams which emails each picture. A typical image I was getting last week:

Once the water gets high, we get very few pictures since there's nothing warm-blooded to trigger the camera. But today, these critters swam past showing the water is now 8+ feet deep, and still rising. Definitely SOL for any turkey hunting in this area next week!

Somebody around you is going to have some great hunting.

powder- This camera is a "Covert Special Ops Code Black". A 9.99/mo cell phone account from AT&T allows up to 1000 messages per month. So far that's plenty for where it's located. Using the lowest possible resolution, it'll probably go most of a year without swapping out the 8-gB card.

Stick, and the camera cost is? I looked it up and this is the way to go. Where did you get yours?

Delaney, the wife bought me this one as a gift. From the local archery shop for around 299.00 I believe.

Sweet pics! I use the LTL Acorn cam that sends images to my email. Great pieces of technology (when your hunting land has cell service).
