Woods are being logged as I write this. What type of clover should I frost seed the new logging roads with? Anything else besides clover?

White clover is better than the standard red clover you might find at a farm store. Usually can get the white from about any local elevator.

Durana is supposed to work real well in that application but it's a little more than feed store bulk. Plant with a nurse crop like rye. I got a nice stand started this fall on logged roads with 6 hours of sunlight. Looking forward to mowing it off in spring to really see how it grows.
