The 2016 Legislative summer study agenda has been released. This is the first (maybe the last) meeting to be held for discussions pertaining to legislation being proposed for the next legislative session beginning in January. Of note is the discussion on DNR funding.
Bills that go through this committee have the best chance to be passed in the regular session. Never seen one pass here and fail.
